BECOME AN IN-HOME CAREGIVER
Registered nurses (RN’s) and licensed practical nurses (LPN’s) employed by All In All Home Care provide professional, skilled, and technical home care services to patients with compassion and kindness. We only hire RNs who meet specific requirements that we feel are necessary to provide top-quality care.
Each RN or LPN in-home caregiver must meet the following qualifications:
Our certified nurses assistants (CNA’s) and home health aides (HHA’s) are recognized as key factors in the quality of our home health care program. CNAs and HHAs provide in-home caregiver assistance with patients’ physical dependency needs, and perform non-skilled medical procedures ordered by physicians or delegated in writing by nursing supervisors. Each CNA or HHA we employ must meet the following qualifications:

SCREENING PROCESS
Each staff member will meet the State of Virginia educational and training requirements for the services they provide. Our hiring process includes rigorous screening using background checks, reference checks, licensure verification, OIG and abuse registry checks.

CONTINUING EDUCATION
All in All Home Care is committed to enhancing the knowledge of its health care professionals in home health care. We offer training and continuing education courses to meet the needs of our clients and staffs. Additionally, we reassess each care team member’s skills on a regular basis.

- CPR and other nursing training certificates
- Social Security Card
- Car Insurance
- PPD Record or current copy of CXR report
- Proof of employment eligibility
- Current physical exam with immunization such as Rubella, Rubeola, Varicella, etc.
